Craig Ballantyne is genius!

If you can put 6 minutes aside for a daily workout, you will reach your weight loss goals in no time and have a body that is beach worthy. I know because I have a achieved this.

Now, for those with busy lifestyles and demanding careers, 6 Minutes to Skinny could not have come at a much better time. You see, many people just do not have the time to put 45 minutes to an hour aside to workout. There is just no time, I live it!

Best time to workout is as soon as you wake up. 6 Minutes ladies and gentlemen! You will be blown away big time doing these daily workouts. Very easy to do and super effective.
